Today, a consultant to serveral leading Industries and National Research & Development Institutions, Bapu Patil has always believed in and led a simple life. Born in interiors of Maharashtra, in Mhaisal village, nature has played an intrinsic role in Bapu's Upbringing. Another facet of Bapu's childhood that set the foundations for a lifetime devoted to the search for knowledge, was the local Bahubali Gurukul. In Bapu's own words "It is The Knowledge that can fulfill all we desire."

This relentless pursuit has lead him accross the seven seas to Exhibitions, Seminars, Manufacturers, Research and Development Institutes all over the world to learn the latest technologies in membrane science, to get training and to acquaint himself with the products introduced in and being introduced in the field of liquid/solid/air purification separation. For then, Bapu brings home this technology and appropriates it to suit the Global Industry. Both in terms of cost and quality.

Fondly referred to as "the young scientist" Bapu has always dared to experiment. This is perhaps the one secret that drives Bapu to success. "I try and keep trying, perseverant till I find my answer, its all there. I merely keep abreast of the changing world and have the satisfaction of making a positive contribution to society and those who work with me".
