The Green Apple Technology

Misting & Fogging Technology is an effective and alternative traditional method of air-cooling and environmental care developed by Water sparks. This evaporative hydro misting fogging cooling system can provide economical indoor, outdoor, other more industrial safety, hygiene and environmental cooling & humidification applications. It is equipped with hydro atomizing technology. The amazing technique can reduce the ambient temperature by 10 to 15°C in outdoor & indoor environment.This task is acheived by atomizing water by 100 to 2500 psi and forcing it through specially designed mist fog jet nozzles orifice. The atomized water particles i.e., less than 10 microns, create fine mist fog rapidly and observe the heat of 600 calories / gram of water. Hence, the size of the pulverized water particles, below ten microns can be evaporated in few microseconds and absorb heat present in the environment and evaporate becoming water vapor. The heat used to change the water to gas is eliminated from the environment and the air becomes refreshing breeze. Perimeter Misting System

This system has overhead mist lines consist of many fog nozzles to blanket a large area with low temperature and to create special effects. This system involves high pressure fog, mist module suitable for Patio, Shopping Malls, Industrial Sheds, Marriage Halls, Auditoriums and special effects. The operating pressure unit is between 150 to 2500 psi.
 

Mist Fan System

It can be positioned to give the cooling just where you want it. They provide more air cooling as the air movement caused by the fan increases the evaporation which in improves the cooling effect. The pressure and power consumption may vary according to the sweep and throw of the fan. Many fans can be connected in series with one high pressure fog, mist module. This is suitable for hot working environments, Hotels, Restaurants, Roof gardens, Hotel kitchens Outdoor Recreations and Sanitation.

No, Ordinary overhead water pipe line connection in your building is enough.

Which system is better for me – Perimeter system or Misting Fan system?

For larger areas Perimeter misting system is the best option. For smaller areas misting fans are the right choice.

Is there any possibility to susceptible for common cold or any water borne discomforts?

Never. We filter the water with multi stage Nano silver bio safety filters. All the microbes in the water will be destroyed.

Is there any chance to clog the atomizing nozzles?

There is no chance to clogging. we put multi stage filters.

How much water will it use?
