AMIE graduate with over 40 years of experience in Manufacturing & Finance. He has an expertise in development of gauges, tooling and jigs and fixtures, which improve productivity & quality. He currently handles the Procurement, Finance & Commercial matters of the company.Mr. Vinayak Lokur, CEOMr. Vinayak Lokur holds Bachelor's Degree in Industrial & Production Engineering and Management certification from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has worked in leading engineering companies in India on Computer Aided Materials Management, Production Engineering, Design, TQM and Allied fields.He handles Customer development, exports, product development and HR.Mr.SantoshMamdapur - CAOMr.Santosh is an Engineering Graduate from Karnataka University, having over 20 years of experience in administrative functions. He co-ordinates and manages the day-to-day administrative affairs, statutory compliances, infrastructure managementand also the expansion activities.Mr. Anil Islampure - COOMr.Anil has over 20 years of experience in various fields involving commercial activities such as Planning, People management, Supply Chain management etc. He is instrumental in managing the day to day operations of all the 3 plants. He is also instrumental in successful implementation of ERP @ Expert.Mr.Bhalchandra Bailur - G.M. - TechnicalMr.Bhalchandra is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and has over 20 years of experience in technical fields related to valves and flow engineering. He heads the Technical Team (Design & Quality functions) at Expert and is also the Management Representative. Apart from IMS, he is also instrumental in implementing LEAN initiatives and management of third party certifications.
